Addiction

I have drunk pretty much coffee these few days. Frankly, should be too much. I am addicted to coffee and it is quite impossible to ask me not to drink it.

G was worried about that and he decided to help me fight the addiction to coffee. I asked him what if he fails to do that. He answered me very confidently, saying that he will persist and succeed.

Haha, just see whether G can do it.

常喝咖啡,會令身體水份與鈣質較易流失,使皮膚乾枯及容易患上骨質疏鬆,誠然是女性大忌!
咖啡的香味碓實誘人,我也喜愛品嚐咖啡,但知咖啡多喝無益,而且常喝滿足感也會降低,所以只是偶而嚐之,每次必細嚐其味,盡享其香。
你要戒除的不是咖啡,而是對咖啡的心癮,心癮是否難除,在乎自己的決心,只要有決心,那怕是煙癮、酒癮、賭癮、甚至是對人身心殘害的毒癮,也定能戒掉。還是依從他為你所訂下的戒心癮大計吧!

Girl, how many cups of coffee do you drink daily? Guess 1 or 2 cups is fine...but beware of the fat (fr. milk) and sugar intake...:)

其實飲咖啡的壞處的確有不少, 我自己曾經因為飲太多咖啡而手震和胃痛, 不過我一直沒有理會它。坦白說, 我飲咖啡的原因主要是為了提神。

既然是addiction,自有其負面性質,理應戒掉,而且咖啡使你手震與胃痛,證明這種治標不治本的提神飲品有不良副作用,不單影響你的生活,更對你健康做成不良影響。
日喝兩杯咖啡,實在太多,難怪你會上癮;需要提神,也有其他方式,可嘗試飲中國綠茶、日本玄米茶、或其他花茶,茶的清香定使你精神一振,不妨一試!
精神欠佳,治本方法是針對使你精神不佳的原因,多與睡眠有關,把心情盡量放鬆,喝點薰衣草花茶,也可助你入眠;若清早能沖泡一杯薰衣草、金盞花和山渣的混合茶,份外醒神。
咖啡偶嚐無妨,多飲無益,別被藉口迷惑,還是盡早把心癮戒除。病痛總是日積月累,健康無價,不論年齡,也應珍惜,莫讓喜歡你的人及你喜歡的人為你擔心啊!

飲唔飲始終都係在於你自己。不過其實原來你飲左都有手震、胃痛嘅情況,你就唔應該咁放縱喇!恕我咁直接!唔好以為而家頂得順就好過癮,唔講得笑架。G 成唔成功唔應該係一個話題,你明我講咩嗎?我係好認真架。
